There is a tarmacadam driveway area to the frontage of the home, offering off street parking and access to the detached garage. Steps lead up to a gate and then more leading to glazed double doors to the porch and entrance to the property. From here you can either enter the kitchen, living or utility room.
The kitchen breakfast room is a good sized space with windows to two elevations allowing plenty of light in. There is a range of base and wall units with worktop over and space for appliances. There is ample space for a dining table and chairs.
Beyond this is the living room which is a good sized space with door through to the study/utility which offers further space for appliances and a place to work from home. The dining room is well proportioned with stairs rising to the first floor.
Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, both of which enjoy views out over the countryside. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
The garden has a paved area in front, creating a perfect space for entertaining. The garden is mainly laid to lawn, with herbaceous borders.
