The lodge is approached via slate chipped parking for two cars. Gradual stone steps with glazed balustrade leads up to a raised patio, which extends across the front and side, providing a delightful seating and alfresco dining area. The front door, opens into a vestibule with a useful coat and shoe cupboard with sliding mirrored doors. An internal door opens into a hallway, with doors leading to all of the accommodation.
The open plan reception room lies at the far end of the hall and is bathed in natural sunlight from dual aspect windows and bi-fold doors opening onto the patio. The room is beautifully designed with a kitchen/diner to one side and a large living and area to the other, creating a fabulous socialising and entertaining space. The high quality kitchen with central breakfast bar is fitted with two-tone soft close storage units and a quartz worktop. Incorporated into the worktop is a sink drainer with a mixer tap, and a four ring Neff induction hob with an extractor hood over.
