THE SPACES
Netil Corner forms part of the wider Netil community, a flagship hub for creativity and innovation in Hackney. Originally established at Netil House in 2009, this ecosystem has grown over 15 years into more than 200 interconnected studios and workspaces, now spanning both Netil House and Netil Corner.

Studios at Netil Corner range from 90 to 1,055 sq ft and can be adapted for offices, production spaces, showrooms or creative studios. Flexible layouts allow businesses to create spaces that reflect their identity and adapt as they grow.

Located in Hackney's E8 neighbourhood, moments from Broadway Market and London Fields. Netil House is surrounded by one of East London's most vibrant creative communities and is recognised as a cultural landmark in its own right.
