Beautiful stony farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside at short distance from Pisa and the coast of Maremma, high on a hill, was recently renewed as an old country house surrounded by large soil with swimming pool and olive trees.
Description
Main house, on two levels, has at upper level 5 bedrooms each with private bathroom, at lower level two suites with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom. A large living room with many windows and a nice fireplace. Next the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry/laundry room and a service bathroom. In the back of the house there is a courtyard equipped with a pergola and a second kitchen equipped with bbq and wooden oven, to enjoy it in summer.
The outbuilding is on two levels too with a large bedroom with private bathroom at upper level and a room currently used as storage at lower level.
In a corner an additional small outbuilding housing a third large kitchen with veranda.
Condition and finishes
The farmhouse was completely renovated about 10 years ago using modern earthquake-proof and technological techniques, yet leaving typical Tuscan imprint thanks to the recovery and usage of original materials, such as the stones of external walls are made and many interior details such as the brick arches. Implants are all new and updated to modern standard.
Outdoor Spaces
Surrounded by 4 hectares of land, there are more then hundred olive trees and many fruit trees. Part of the land is kept as woodland and slopes gently toward a small stream lapsing the property. The pool sizes 6 x 12 and is surrounded by a large sunbathing area. next to the pool, but cleverly hidden, there is a very large room that serves as a garage for the tractor and storage for all the pool and grounds equipment.

Currently used as a resort, it can easily be converted into a private home for a family who loves the countryside.
Location
Tuscan countryside in the surrounding of Pisa is crossed by the Era River and the famous Arno River. It is rich with many small villages little known to the general public but worthy of being visited and experienced. Qquitness and peacefull breathing allows to relax and experience a much slower and therefore regenerating pace of life.
