The house is located outside the cozy and idyllic village of Frigiliana. The entrance is in solid Andalusian style and offers plenty of parking space. You enter the house and directly to the large lounge with two bedrooms to the right and the kitchen straight ahead. From the lounge you have large glass doors onto the terraces and a fantastic view south. The two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet. Stairs lead upstairs and the four bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. Each bedroom has direct access to large terraces. On the ground floor, the kitchen also has access to the terraces with BBQ and pool. Around the house there are good access areas and the pool has a large sun deck. The plot is large so there is scope for building the terrace area or cultivating fruit. Today there are olive trees, fruit trees and flowers.
In the house there is a cellar that is not furnished but is possible to decorate and today has a toilet and a bedroom. From here you can have access to the garden.
