Based at THE University of the Year 2023 Anglia Ruskin University's Chelmsford campus, Arise Innovation Hubs provide high quality and flexible office space. With meeting rooms housing state of the art AV equipment, a welcome area and an open plan collaboration suite to network with other businesses, being on campus means access to cafes and The Old Factory gym, home to a community of Essex businesses.

Access to the building is available 24/7 with on-site security. Car and cycle parking is provided. The nearest train station is Chelmsford which is a 15 minute walk away. It provides regular, 30 minute train services to London. Regular bus services to Stansted Airport and Harlow leave from Chelmsford bus station, a 20 minute walk away.

All rooms are accessible, with a lift to all floors. Our office space comes with air conditioning, weekly cleaning, easy in and out terms and heating, lighting, Wifi and other utilities. Office services are provided, so you can make use of our meeting rooms while we handle your mail.

There is an option to register your business at our address. This means you can have your virtual, coworking desk or physical office space and registered address under one roof. This is available at an additional charge for £20pcm + VAT.

FEES

The prices include licence fee and service charge which will cover heating, lighting and weekly cleaning. All prices are quoted without VAT. We offer a flexible in and out process and ask for a 30-day notice period. The deposit required is the equivalent to 1 month licence fee, service charge and VAT.

Private Office prices do not include telecoms or broadband/wifi. This must be arranged through our appointed supplier with options from £50pcm + VAT and a £199 + VAT one off connection charge.

LOCATION

Chelmsford is a bustling city, the birthplace of radio, and is located 30 miles north-east of London. It's just a 30-minute train journey from London Liverpool Street, but a world away from the high prices in the capital.

Arise is on Anglia Ruskin University's buzzing riverside campus, with access to major road links such as the A12 and M25. Stansted Airport is just 30 minutes from Chelmsford and easily accessible via A120. To the south of Chelmsford is the A414, which provides access to the M11 motorway, as well as the A12 and M25. There is a 8 minute bus service every 10 minutes Chelmer Valley Park and Ride from campus.

Arise shares the campus with the NHS Clinical Entrepreneurs and School of Medicine. The Hub is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Chelmsford, and a 1 minute walk to a ARU Café.
