All rooms are accessible, with a lift to all floors. All office spaces come with air conditioning, weekly cleaning, easy in and out terms and heating, lighting and other utilities.

Arise offer coworking space for businesses not yet ready for an office of their own. We have virtual office space, where you can make use of our meeting rooms while we handle your mail.

There is an option to register your business at our address. This means you can have your virtual or physical office and registered address under one roof. This is available at an additional charge for £20pcm + VAT.

LOCATION

Chelmsford is a bustling city, home to the birth place of radio, and is located 30 miles north east of London. It's just a 30 minute train journey from London Liverpool Street but a world away from the cramped conditions and exorbitant prices in the capital.

Arise is on Anglia Ruskin University's buzzing riverside campus, a 15 minute walk from the train station and with access to major road links such as the A12 and M25.

Nearby is Stansted International Airport. It is just 18 miles from Chelmsford and easily accessible via the A120. To the south of Chelmsford is the A414, which provides access to the M11 motorway.

FEES

The prices include licence fee and service charge which will cover heating, lighting and weekly cleaning. All prices are quoted without VAT. We offer a flexible in and out process and ask for a 30 day notice period. Deposit required is 1 month licence fee plus service charge including VAT.
