The separate guest houses offer complete discretion away from the main house together with the barbecue area enjoying the shade of the pergola at the side of the swimming pool. The perfect setting for outdoor dining in the company of friends and family. A covered bar can also be found next to the swimming pool offering us refreshing cocktails and an area for relaxation whilst watching the glorious sunset. The large landscaped garden (4.035m²) has a wide selection of trees and vines as well as a manicured lawn ideal for children to play on. Parking spaces in the basement of the villa have direct access to the kitchen. Fortunately the limited construction ability in the neighbouring area ensures uninterrupted sea views for life.
The community of Afandou is the centre of the municipality of the same name which also includes Kolymbia and Archipoli and within a mere 15 minute drive from the town of Rhodes connected by the main Rhodes-Lindos road. The village architecture conforms to typical village style and is named Afandou (which means ‘invisible’) as the actual village could not be seen from the sea by pirates who constantly raided the coasts in the Middle Ages. The beach of Afandou is made up of tiny pebbles with crystal clear waters and is long enough for plenty of privacy.
