In the southern part of Mallorca, near the natural beach of Es Trenc, a recently built exclusive country house is situated on a fenced plot of 100.000m2. Natural materials such as stone and wood, combined with modern, light colors like sandy tones and stone shades in a contemporary design, were exclusively used to create an atmosphere of connection to nature and tranquility. The house's amenities are designed for energy efficiency and of the highest quality.

The large house includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a guest toilet, dressing room, library situaed on a gallery, utility room, storage room, garage, pantry, swimming pool with sun terrace and adjoining pool bathroom, covered terraces, a barbecue area, a patio, and a veranda.

The country house consist of a main house, an outbuilding, and a medieval watchtower called 'Torreon,' which emphasizes the medieval character and importance of the property, dating back to the 14th century, while also offering a magnificent panoramic view. The generous plots of about 10 hectares ensure a high level of privacy and also allow owners to grow olive, almond, or carob trees, thanks to the fertile soil and existing water wells on each property.

In addition, the house is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a surveillance system. The interior design is in the contemporary Mediterranean style, radiating an atmosphere of peace and serenity. The entire project was developed with respect for tradition and functionality.

The project is part of a community of six country houses in a very exclusive gated community. The pilot house has already been completed.
