This precious property on three levels is located in one of the most sought-after scenic areas of the Trapanese area. The property has two large panoramic terraces, one overlooking the green and open countryside and the other towards the sea, which is about one kilometre away.
For the past 15 years, the property has been operating as a Bed and Breakfast and is composed of
large living areas, and four spacious and airy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms embellished with Art Nouveau floors. The two floors are connected by an internal wrought-iron staircase (designed and made by a local artist), as well as by access from the terrace and the outdoor garden. Each floor has its own independent fireplace, as well as heating and air conditioning. The large garden is divided into several areas and serves various functions; we find a barbecue area, a relaxation area designed simply to enjoy the open space, a shady portion suitable for parking, and access to the appurtenant olive grove, which extends all around the property. We also find a further living unit, also equipped with a panoramic terrace, as well as a heating system and fireplace, consisting of a brick kitchen, bedroom, study and bathroom.


Valderice is a lush green area that offers different landscapes: hills, areas with wild flora and fauna, crystal clear beaches and cliffs, unspoiled landscapes. All these elements make the town one of the most highly sought-after positions of the province. The Municipality includes three seaside resorts: Bonagia is the most popular one for the seawater where elements like an ancient tuna fishery, a little port with 200 boat spaces and the special seafood stand out.
A coastal road with a bike path along the sea leads to the nearby seaside resort of Lido Valderice and Rio Forgia Beach.
