The Lodge is part of Duncan Smith House development in Harborne and offers a perfect location for commuting into the city centre, any of the uni's with the UoB and the QE Hospital in walking distance

The rooms have double bed, furniture (including desk, chair wardrobe sofa and loads of storage space) and you own ensuite shower room, plus a mini fridge

2 room types, the first, classic rooms, have a great space, the 2nd are huge, deluxe rooms giving that bit extra

The communal kitchen has your own lockable cupboard, full kitchen, toaster, microwave, kettle and full oven. We clean the communal areas, including the kitchen weekly (included in the rent)

WiFi and hard wired internet available,

On site off road parking, and bike storage, all covered by CCTV.

We are keeping The Lodge for post grad/masters/mature students only. It is in a quiet location in Haborne with the back drop of the golf course, but still within easy access of the centre of Birmingham.
