This modern villa is located in the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell and has phenomenal sea views! The villa is built in a modern style and distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor there is a living-dining room with a dining table as well as two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a TV. Behind the living room is the open kitchen with all necessary appliances. From the living room there is direct access to the modern pool through a large glass door. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet. A staircase next to the pool leads to the lower floor. This area consists of a large, modern bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a spacious wardrobe. EXTERIOR: The pool area has a large terrace where we can find sun loungers to enjoy the fantastic climate of the Costa Blanca. On this terrace there is an outdoor dining table. From here you can enjoy the phenomenal view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Cumbre del Sol. In front there is a garden and parking for one car.  The villa is located in a quiet area and just a few minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants and the villages of Benitachell and Moraira.
