The property is in a tiny neighborhood with two families, 5 minutes south of the seaside small town of Kolymbari. It is a plot with a stone ground-floor building of 37 m² as well as the ruins of a second one of 45 m², of which only the walls have remained.

On three sides of the buildings there is a large space that allows you to construct an impressive themed garden. The ground has a gentle eastern slope and is divided into two almost flat terraces. There are some centuries-old olive trees and a young but productive avocado tree. On the lower level, around and adjacent to the property there are big trees and a small stream, which in combination with the layout of the buildings create complete privacy.

The surrounding villages are small but have many hospitable, permanent residents. In nearby Kolymbari there are all kinds of shops and services such as a bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor's office, supermarket, many taverns, cafes, schools of all levels, hotels and many others. The beach of Kolymbari is ideal for swimming and walking. The distance to the city and the airport of Chania is approximately 30 and 40 minutes' drive, respectively.
