Harlow is a bustling town, with a strong innovation heritage. It's home to the birthplace of fibre optic telecommunications technology. It's just a 30 minute train journey from London Liverpool Street, but a world away from the high prices in the capital.

Arise is located on Harlow Innovation Park, the UK's most sought-after area for science, technology, research and innovation. There are excellent road links, regular bus services, and Stansted Airport just 30 minutes away. There are direct trains to Cambridge, approximately 1hr away. There is an hourly bus service from the Innovation Park to Harlow. The journey time is 20 minutes.
