An excellent example of a family home! It offers so much useable space downstairs and has ample storage. The kitchen is well laid out and comes with an integrated fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob. It also has space for a washing machine and a dishwasher. The garden is larger than you would expect and there is side access as well as a rear door to the garage. The view onto the garden from the lounge is uninterrupted and it's positioning means the garden is very private.

About the Area:
Amen Corner is three years old and situated ideally for commuters with easy access to the M4, M3 and M25 as well as the town centre, Lexicon and mainline train station only a five minute drive away. The main draw to the area for families is King's Academy Oakwood which is on the development itself. Amen Corner has its own walks laid out around the development and is the gateway to so many green walks that can take you to Wokingham, Winnersh, Lower Early and so much more. The property itself is right on the far end of the development, close to the tree line of the rural walks so a perfect spot for those who do enjoy getting out in the fresh air.
