"Our favourite room of the house is the kitchen/diner because it’s such a versatile space. It’s a great space to host but also such a cosy room when you’ve got the wood burner on in the evening. The double doors open out onto the patio which is brilliant for allowing the kids to free flow in the summer. 


We’re really happy to have the secure driveway parking at the back of the house which allows us to have multiple vehicles, plus the on street parking on the side road for friends and family. 
On our doorstep is the largest primary school in Coventry which has a fantastic small school family ethos and has been amazing for our children. Additionally, you’ve got Caludon Castle and Stoke Park secondary schools within walking distance which are both rated highly with Ofsted.
