From Lecchiore one can reach a shrine dedicated to the Virgin Mary, known as Acquasanta. According to tradition the building was built in the 18th century on the spot where the Madonna appeared to worshippers.
Numerous restaurants, bars and clubs can be reached in just a few minutes in Dolcedo or in Imperia, where it is possible to dine literally by the sea shore, on the beach, or overlooking the port, or even in the hills under a cool pergola.
There are many "sagra", typical village feasts, in this area of western Ligurian Riviera.
