Greater London Properties Presents
A stylish and chic one bedroom apartment with an extra room which can be utilised as a small second room or office space, set on the first floor of an imposing period building located in the heart of Soho.

The Property
Extending over 549 sq ft this lovely apartment benefits from high ceilings and natural charm. The living space is bright and welcoming, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the bustling street below. The open-plan layout ensures the living and dining areas feel spacious and connected, perfect for relaxing after a long day or entertaining friends. The addition of the second room can be used as either a small bedroom or office space.

This Brewer Street flat offers a unique opportunity to live in one of London's most sought-after areas, combining the energy of Soho with the comfort of a place you can call home.

Location
Brewer Street is located in the very centre of Soho. The theatres of West End, the shops of Mayfair, and the restaurants of Soho and Fitzrovia all lie within a short stroll. The development offers easy access to the City of London, airports and to many of the world's best universities. It is a short walk from Carnaby Street and Oxford Street and is very well connected in terms of buses and tubes. The nearest Underground stations are Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo and Piccadilly lines), Leicester Square (Northern and Piccadilly lines), Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines) and Tottenham Court Road (Central and Northern lines, Crossrail).

'What The Owner Says'
The first time I came to London, a much more sophisticated and worldly university friend whisked me off to Soho, and I knew - instantly - that it was my spiritual home. There were theatres, art galleries, cinemas, bars, and restaurants catering to every culture and whim. I said to her, there and then, ‘One day I’m going to live here!’ She looked sceptical but nodded. In those days (and now) I was plans rich and cash poor, but I’d set my heart on living in Soho. It took fifteen years to make my dream a reality but - thanks to one of my best friends and my landlady - in 2007 I moved into this amazing apartment in Brewer Street. And I’m eternally grateful. This was not a case of being careful what you wish for, as I’ve loved every minute of being in both the apartment and in Soho itself and have accrued a lifetime’s worth of amazing memories and friends here.

Where other London areas are now generic and cookie-cutter with identical and ubiquitous shops, this pocket of town has never lost an ounce of its character or its soul in the (almost) twenty years I’ve been there.

There’s so much Soho has to offer: the plethora of cafes - fabulous for people watching; the famous art galleries for more meditative moments; the wonderful West End theatres for tickling the brain; restaurants everywhere you look (from high-end to street food) and China town is a mere five-minute stroll. Of course, there’s also an endless array of bars for that cheeky night cap or two...

The apartment is perfect. It’s quirky but classic, central but private. There are five street facing windows so it gets lots of light, plus the secondary glazing means it may be hectic on the street but you’re in an oasis of calm above it. The main bedroom is really spacious, as is the sitting room. The galley kitchen is brilliantly and practically designed, and it means you can cook and chat to guests at the same time. The bathroom is surprisingly large and there’s also a second bedroom, which has been ideal for me as a writing room. The apartment has real charm and – to my mind – doesn’t need redesigning. The neighbours are all lovely and they aren’t too intrusive; everyone is really respectful and polite. Plus, in terms of crime, I’ve never felt safer than in Soho, as there’s always people about and there are bouncers just outside. It almost feels as if they’re my own personal security team!

In terms of location and transport, the apartment is an 8-minute walk from Piccadilly Circus and 10 minutes from Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road. Oxford Street is the furthest away – so that’s 12 minutes at a leisurely pace! Plus, all buses lead to W1! And why wouldn’t they?

I could go on, but as brevity (and Soho) is the soul of wit... I’ll stop. But if you’ve any questions, please free to ask.
