The ground floor apartment comprises a welcoming hall providing access into all principal rooms as well as the guest WC and rear porch. There are two double bedrooms, each with built in walk in wardrobes.
There is a spacious living room with feature fireplace, a separate dining room and a fitted kitchen.
An inner hall leads to the bathroom with both corner bath and shower cubicle. There is also a useful cellar.
The first floor apartment is equally charming and is stylishly appointed throughout. There are two double bedrooms and a separate study room which could make a further bedroom.
The landing, with ceiling hatch to the large area above, leads to the bathroom with excellent storage and a stylish suite which includes freestanding bath and shower cubicle.
Further accommodation includes a spacious living room with open fire & fireplace surround. An excellent breakfast kitchen offers an impressive range of wall & base units, and provides open access into the dining room.
Externally, the property is approached via a driveway which continues past the entrance doors to a large parking area. There are two large garden areas, one for each apartment, which are mainly laid to lawn with well stocked planted borders. To the rear of the garden there are several sheds, stores and a summer house.
