Laborie is a quiet and picturesque district on the south west coast of the island. The beautiful undulating landscape includes many pristine beaches. Kai Papai is 15 minutes from the international airport in Vieux Fort. It is about 10 minutes from the town of Soufriere, home of St Lucia's most prominent attractions including the Piton World Heritage Site and the Sulphur Springs. There are beaches, rivers and adventure activities in the area.

The property is a multi-family home with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom upstairs, 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom downstairs and a separate studio cottage. The outstanding garden boasts a wide variety of local fruits and flowers. The yard is flat and fully fenced and has a nice lawn with 2 outdoor showers!

The entrance to the property is through a driveway that leads right to stairway.
