Our opinion
This is a beautifully designed, modern property with nice features such as the wrought iron spiral staircase. It’s a spacious, sunny apartment that ticks all the boxes, i.e. it has a balcony with stunning views, underground parking and a large storage cellar. A nice place to live but also an ideal investment property being close to the ski area and restaurants with easy access to Morzine.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet location close to the Roc d'Enfer ski circuit, and walking distance to the Grand Terche station with its bars/restaurants. Sitting in an elevated position above the popular village of St Jean d'Aulps (5 minutes’ drive), there is a bus linking the 2 areas. Morzine is 15-minutes’ drive away or in the other direction Thonon les Bains/the shores of Lac Leman is 30 minutes’ drive.
