The home is five minutes walk from the Bentley Heath shops and restaurants, and is ten minutes walk across the nearby park to Bentley Heath Primary School.

The house is very private and is beautifully landscaped both front and back. The house is deceptively spacious, and also has a high ceiling loft, which we often considered converting into a large extra room, due to the large landing. 

There is a real feel of village life here, and Dorridge train station is less than 20 minutes walk away. We hope you enjoy this cherished family home in a great area.
