A gated carport has steps down to a terrace leading to the front door, a pedestrian gate with steps down also leads down to the front door and further steps to the side leads to the lower level apartment and garden area.

Entering the villa an entrance hall provides access to the master bedroom with dressing area and en suite shower room, a further bedroom and bathroom, stairs lead down to the lower level with a large space suitable as an additional living room with door to a side terrace and a storage room plus a plant room housing hot water tanks for the solar hot water.
