Pavlikeni - the nearest town is rapidly developing in the last 5-6 years - two large supermarkets, several pharmacies, banks, hospital, railway station, very good infrastructure and overgrown parks. In the village itself there are two shops, a bar, a children's playground, good internet.
The house has two floors. The first floor has a sufficient number of rooms and a flexible distribution of all of them, which gives many different options for organizing the living area.
