Denia is a very cosmopolitan town on the Costa Blanca North. A short ferry ride to Ibiza or a small boat trip around the peninsula to Javea. This 1-bedroom apartment has a rental licence and sleeps 4 people. With a modern kitchen and bathroom and a communal pool. Also walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. A short cycle ride to Denia town.

Blue flag beaches just a few minutes walk away. Local supermarket, bars, restaurants (I recommend Cafe Sole) cycle route to Denia and bus route. Basically what I am trying to say is it is a fab location.
