5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Salford Quays reminds me of Londons Canary Wharf which is close to my heart. It’s a convenient location, with the Tram stop and Sainsbury’s a stones throw away. More than convenience, Duet is situated in a picturesque and peaceful area. In an era where working from home is a norm for the majority, Duet really is a blessing in disguise. From the meeting room, to the working space, the on site gym and wonderful concierge; everything works conveniently around everyday life. Duet is exactly what I needed with a busy 9-5. Wi-Fi is is also included, and it’s fast! Again, brilliant if you are working from home and use your laptop a lot! I can’t praise those place enough.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In a timely manner without hesitation. I had a small minor issue with my shower, and it wasn’t actually an issue! I just needed to know about the booster. This was sorted in 10 mins flat!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had not stressed out as much. Everything has worked out just fine.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is one of the best parts of living at Duet. The location is excellent, with easy access to Manchester city centre, transport, and all essential amenities. It’s vibrant, convenient, and I always feel safe here - which makes a huge difference in everyday life.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any issues I’ve raised. Communication is clear, and problems are handled in a professional and timely manner, which makes the whole experience very smooth and stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there’s nothing I wish I had known in advance - the experience has met and even exceeded my expectations. If anything, I would say how strong the sense of community is and how well everything is managed, which you don’t fully realise until you live here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Waking up to the docks each day is incredible, with beautiful views all around. The bus yard is less than a minute’s walk away, which is especially convenient in the summer, and there are local shops nearby too. It’s also a lovely place to take a walk and enjoy the surroundings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was no issues to raise but I'm sure if there were then it would be fixed straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I absolutely love it here—couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Another great aspect of living in Lighthaus at Princes Dock in Liverpool is the overall balance of lifestyle and surroundings—you get a calm waterfront setting along the River Mersey while still being only a short walk from major attractions like the Royal Albert Dock and Liverpool ONE, which makes it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and culture whenever you want; the area also feels modern and well-planned, with clean public spaces, good lighting, and a sense of safety, and because it’s part of an ongoing regeneration zone, there’s a feeling of progress and investment that adds long-term appeal, while still keeping things relaxed compared to the busier city centre nightlife areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been responded to very efficiently, shoutout to Reece for getting everything sorted:)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The events hadn't started as I moved in just as it opened, I wish I knew how good the events were going to be! We've had moose coffee come in for pancake day and a resident brunch, we also have yoga on a Thursday and resident spotlights hosted by the residents as everyone here has their own passion, it's a great way to bring us together as a community

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Lighthaus in Princes Dock, Liverpool gives you a strong mix of waterfront calm and city convenience, with views over the River Mersey and easy walking access to places like Liverpool ONE and Royal Albert Dock, so you’re close to shops, restaurants, and culture without dealing with constant noise; the apartments themselves are modern and high-spec with features like gyms, co-working spaces, and concierge services, while the dockside setting offers a more relaxed lifestyle with scenic walking routes and less crowding, and because the area is part of an ongoing regeneration project, it also has a sense of growth and future potential, making it a comfortable and forward-looking place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management at Lighthaus has generally responded well to issues by being professional, accessible, and quick to take action through the concierge and maintenance teams. Residents often report that problems are logged efficiently and resolved in a timely manner, with staff being helpful and communicative in keeping things running smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient the location really is—being able to walk easily into Liverpool city centre, Liverpool, and along the River Mersey waterfront makes day-to-day life much easier than expected. I also didn’t realise how much I’d appreciate the quiet, modern feel of Princes Dock compared to busier parts of the city, plus how good the building facilities and concierge service would be for making everything smooth and hassle-free.
