The Area
Over the course of the last few years the Long Beach area has undergone a dramatic transformation. Recently named NO.1 worldwide in Forbes Magazine for Best Beachfront Buy. The development of the area around the wonderful of beach front promenade includes, an outside gym, children's play area, a grassy picnic and leisure area and a cycle way. On the beach sits a wonderful petite café and an open air amphitheater. With many new bars, restaurants, shops and hotels; including the first 7* hotel in the country to be completed within the next couple of years. This area definitely the perfect place to make an investment.
The town is placed along the gateway to the stunning Karpaz Peninsular and is close to the harbor town of Bo az, which is a very pretty old fishing village that still retains some of its authenticity whilst also being able to accommodate tourism.
