Location
The land off Crank Road is situated in the south side of Long Shaw and north of Billinge and is shown edged red, for identification purposes only, on the plan attached and has the benefit of a right of way over the track, cross hatched blue on the same plan.

From Orrell proceed south on the B5206 through Far Moor and down to Higher End turning right on to Crank Road by Bispham Methodist Church. Proceed south on Crank Road for approximately half a mile and the land will be situated on your left hand side behind the houses that front on to Crank Road. There will be the sole selling agent's sale board located on the right hand side and opposite the access track to the land.

Development Clawback

The provisions of the Development Clawback will remain in force for a period of 25 years from the date of the completion of the sale.
