Description
The vineyard has a total area of 0,65 ha. It consists of 1/3 Trebbiano, white wine and 2/3 Montepulciano, red wine. All DOC which was obtained last year. Average harvest is about 18 tons of grapes. Documentation is prepared to expand the vineyard to about 2,5 ha.
The land consists of 3.8 hectares with 660 ancient olive trees. The regular harvest is about 1500 kg of olives.
Daily works on the land is undertaken by a specialised company with all certificates necessary to operate and manage the farm.
There is a public bus service every hour from Loreto to Pescara and the beach. The town of Loreto is a wonderful place to either live or make beautiful holidays.

The town itself is typically medieval and its historical architecture is best enjoyed by strolling through the atmospheric streets and alley ways. There are churches, museums, palaces and the famous Castello Chiola, now one of the best and most imposing hotels of the area. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to excite gastronomes and casual diners alike and there is a weekly market selling local produce every Thursday. The town has all necessary amenities such as banks, shops and pharmacies and a daily bus service to Pescara brings more attractions and services.
The production of olive oil is very important for the town-s economy hence the museum dedicated to this traditional delicacy and the many olive groves that dot the surrounding hills.
