SELLERS' TALE " Having lived in the local area for 10 years prior to buying this property we used to walk past here most days & had always had an aspiration to own one of the villa style houses. After our 3rd child was born, we had a greater need for a larger home & we hoped that one of these properties would come onto the market, though they rarely do! I decided to take matters into my own hands & wrote to all the home owners in the hope that someone might be considering a move & we were in luck! We purchased the property in 2015 & it was very much intended to be our forever home as we set about extensively renovating. We have had new doors & windows throughout, adding a traditional style front door & sash style windows at the front to remain in keeping with the period of the property, we added an en-suite to the main bedroom, as well as a large extension to the rear to create a new modern kitchen / diner which leads out through bi-fold doors onto the garden, creating the indoor/ outdoor living space we had always wanted. It's been a fabulous home for our family, the proximity to the town centre, two local parks & also easy walking distance to Royal William Yard have all been great but we've also loved our summers spent at home enjoying our sunny garden. It's been great to have the driveway too, meaning parking is never a problem & the large garage for storage. We'll be very sad to leave & move on from here but adventures are taking us overseas & onto an exciting new chapter in our lives. "
