We present a landmark aristocratic house in Bulgaria, located in the town of Asenovgrad, Plovdiv district.

The property known as "The House with the Lins" is connected with an ancient history of a family of winemakers since the end of the 17th century.

On a plot of land with an area of 481 sq.m, there are two houses, a two-storey outbuilding and another small living-room type building, under which there is a garage.

The main house dates back to about 332 years ago and has an area of 290 sq.m, spread over two floors. A rich farm inventory completes the exposition in this building. On the intermediate level, a spacious pub has been converted into a domestic style of the era.

Directly next to this house is the two-storey outbuilding, with an area of 164 sq.m, which houses the famous linns, one of which is dated July 26, 1886, carved into the main beams. Each of them collects 40 tons of grapes. With these dimensions and in their original form, the lins are unique to Bulgaria. The space has been converted into a two-level tavern for wine tastings.

The second house has a history from the beginning of the 19th century, also on two floors, in excellent condition and with an area of 45 sq.m per floor. In 1990, a reconstruction was made, preserving the original appearance of the building and a concrete slab was built between the two floors.

An additional building, a type of summer kitchen, has been changed into a large living room with an area of 26 sq.m, under which there is a garage with an entrance from the street. The owners carry out professional restoration and conservation of the two houses, as well as the outbuilding with the preserved facilities in it. Every inch of this property is steeped in carefully preserved old history.

The furnitures in the two houses and the outbuilding are also authentic from the era and harmonize with the Renaissance style of the entire property.

The yard with an area of 183 sq.m is well maintained with many flowers, ethnographic inventory and a stone fountain from 1856. It also contains an old yew tree, a personal gift to the family from King Ferdinand.

The rich history of this property makes it attractive as an investment, with a targeted business character. Here, negotiations could be held towards the conclusion of important commercial contracts. It can also be included as a VIP tourism destination with a tasting part in the program.
