LOCATION : Portals Nous is a small, relaxed village about 12km west of the capital Palma, and only a short walk from the glitzy marina of Puerto Portals. The area is a popular choice with both holidaymakers and residents alike as the town retains a sense of community even in winter. The main high street has a selection of shops, a supermarket, chic cafe bars and a restaurant. Close to Portals Nous are two beaches. There is a small bay at Cala Bendinat, and the larger, more well-known Platja de S'Oratori or Portals beach, which is adjacent and has access to the marina.

Palma and the airport 15/20 minutes by car.
