Description

Property Description: Guide Price £600,000 - £650,000. This well designed, spacious and immaculately presented family home is set over three floors and provides contemporary open plan living spaces that are light and bright. It is in a quiet rural position in a hamlet close to the village of Evercreech.

With a family, the kitchen is always the hub of the home and this kitchen certainly does not disappoint. It is incredibly spacious and well appointed, with a range of fitted units, a large breakfast bar and space for a sofa. The modern porcelain tile floor is certainly a stand out feature of the kitchen which then flows through to both reception rooms creating spaces that flow from one to the other but can be sectioned off. Off the kitchen is a back kitchen which is an ideal space to house extra appliances.

The dining room is well proportioned with enough space for a large dining table and a seating area. This room with has two large bifold doors on two sides and very much has the feel of a garden room. The living room has a large sliding pocket door that sides into the wall. Left open this room connects well with the other living areas or can be closed off creating a good-sized but cosy room with feature fireplace with wood-burning stove.

The integrated garage has been converted by the current owners providing an fabulous entertainment space, complete with a bar and access to the garden. This room offers versatility and could be used as an office, children's den or indoor gym. Off the entrance hallway is a downstairs cloakroom.

On the first floor is the principal bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two further double bedrooms (all with built in wardrobes) and a family bathroom. Away from the rest of the house, on the top floor, is a suite of rooms and a shower room. The bedrooms at the front of the house all have views across fields.

Like the rest of the house the garden is immaculate and well designed with a paved terrace for outside dining and entertaining, a lawned area and a deck with a gazebo that currently houses a state of the art hot tub (which is available under separate negotiation). At the end of the garden there is a storage shed that is very cleverly hidden from view. At the front of the property there is a lawned area and two drive ways providing plenty of parking.
