This location is neatly nestled away in St Anns Head where you have to drive through the beautiful village of Dale to get to. Sat in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park the village is a popular location for family holidays - safe beaches and lots of water based activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and swimming. The traditional activities of agriculture and fishing still take place and have been joined by tourism as a major aspect of the area. The boats out in the harbour provide the pub, yacht club and locals with a variety of locally caught fresh fish. The coastal path is just a stone throw away as well as the stunning beach of West Dale which is popular for surfers. Just around the coast is Martins Haven where you can explore the island of Skomer and see the thousands of puffins and you may be fortunate enough to see seals or dolphins. There is a great sense of community spirit in this small village and when visiting you are instantly made to feel welcome.
This property was fully renovated a few years ago from top to bottom and what has now been created is a spacious, well thought out, contemporary family home. The warm and welcoming Hallway leads into the cosy Lounge which overlooks the countryside views to the rear and also the log burner for those cosy winter nights. The Dining Room is located on the opposite side with the same view and leads directly off the Kitchen to the rear. Here you will find a good range of wall and base units including the integral appliances such as the built in cooker, hob and cooker hood plus space and plumbing for free standing appliances. There is a rear Hallway which leads to the rear Garden and also to the ground floor family Bathroom. There is also access externally to the Utility Room which currently houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, radiator, sink and drainer in it plus room for hanging up wetsuits. The first floor provides access to the three double Bedrooms with the master boasting the lovely en suite bathroom. The property has fully double glazed windows and doors plus gas central heating where the boiler is located in a built in cupboard in the Kitchen.
To the front are parking bays which are allocated to this property and to the rear of the property is the gorgeous garden which has been designed to enjoy every aspect of that fantastic view including the hot tub. Here you will find a large patio area which would make for the most incredible outdoor entertaining space come the height of the summer. Not only does this property enjoy the water view but it also overlooks the lighthouse which is still in full working operation to this day.

Little bit of local knowledge for you but the current lighthouse was completed in 1844, at which time it was known as St. Ann's Low Light, and was commissioned by John Knott, senior lighthouse keeper with Trinity House. The first lighthouse on the site was built in 1714. In 1485, at the age of 28, he returned to his homeland with an army of about 2,000 men and a mission to defeat the King and reclaim the English crown. Henry and his men chose to land at Mill Bay, at the mouth of Milford Haven
