The property is in Kefalas, close to the center of the village but in a quiet location with little traffic. It is an old stone residence, which is available for sale as it currently is and restoration is required in order to become habitable. The architectural style of the building is impressive and the property allows you to construct a luxurious residence with large spaces and very good privacy.

On the plot there are a total of two buildings of 132 m² and 62 m², which are independent from each other while between them there is a traditional "hayat". The "hayat" is a covered welcoming area, where visitors used to park their transport animals, when they were arriving at the home. Very often, the housewives also used to knit here, so they could socialize with the people who were passing by the street right in front. From the "hayat" we go to an enclosed courtyard, which is between the buildings and constitutes an ideal area for the construction of a small pool or for a barbecue space. The area attracts enough tourists during the summer months while at the same time the village has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. It also has a tavern, cafes and big mini markets that are open all year round. In nearby Vamos there are a bank, a supermarket and other shops. The beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves, which have facilities, are 20 minutes' drive, the city of Chania about 40 minutes and the airport 50 minutes.
