As further proof of its luxurious status, the villa also has an elevator, a gym and a tennis court!The villa stands on a premium 7.400sq.m plot of land, overlooking the sea and mainland Greece. Surrounded by lush vegetation and clear, azure skies, the property is built to offer some of your most exquisite holiday moments.

The villa features three levels, all with hand-picked decoration and furnishings. There is a large (12m x 6m / 72sq.m) swimming pool as well as a tennis court available, while the nearest beach is 850 meters-by car-below you (there is also the option to access the beach on feet, through a 280m footpath).

UPPER GROUND FLOOR
The upper ground floor is where the main living room and dining space (for 12 persons) are located. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen utility room and a guest WC. The floor opens to the spacious veranda of 74sq.m. as well as the private pool of the property.

On the first floor you will find four bedrooms. A master bedroom (22sq.m.) with walk-in closet/dressing room and ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom (more suitable for children) with ensuite bathroom.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a large living area and ensuite bathroom (this bedroom directly opens onto the outdoor areas), a gym area, a utility room with a kitchenette & fridge, and a garage with space for two cars. On this level, two extra guests can be accommodated in a sofa-bed.

The area of Gastouri, where our villa is located, is widely-known as Achilleion, due to the existence of the historic landmark "Achilleion Palace", being situated just a few meters away from the central area of Gastouri. Gastouri constitutes an old village on the southern Corfu and is quite close to the town centre as well.
Gastouri, being set amidst a hill, offers unparalleled views to the sea and thus it is an ideal destination for those who wish to stay on Corfu and experience amazing holidays. The oldest part of Gastouri features buildings, having been built into narrow streets, that still sustain the old architecture, while there is a newer part, boasting newly-built buildings and villas. Moreover, the tourist resort of Benitses is located near Gastouri, which is absolutely must-see, since it boasts lovely beaches surrounded by dense vegetation along with a vivid nightlife.
