Rent Payment: Rent is due every 3 months (upfront).

Standard Rate for 5 to 13 weeks: £525.00 per week.
Standard Rate from 13 weeks onwards: £497.00 per week.
Prepay 6 months rate (26 weeks): £469.00 per week.
Prepay 9 months (39 weeks): £448.00 per week.
Prepay 12 Months (52 weeks): £411.00 per week.
Deposit: A deposit is necessary upon commitment, refundable at the end of your stay, if damage has not been caused during the stay.
