Description
Oak View, is one of two bungalows which were constructed in the 1980's and offers flexible accommodation which could be extended or altered if required. The property comes to the market with no upward chain and has been freshly decorated and recarpeted recently so is ready to move into. There is a block paved driveway leading to a wider than average double garage which has an electric roller door.
There is an entrance hall, study/bedroom 4. There is a dining room with bay window which could be opened up into a larger kitchen/diner as the room is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with eye and base level units with space for all the necessary appliances. There is a spacious living room with centre piece fireplace and patio doors onto the garden. There are three good size double bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite. There is also a separate white family bathroom suite. There is also air-conditioning to the property as well. Outside there is a 100'ft rear garden which is not overlooked too. This is mainly lawn with a patio area and some planted shrubs. The bungalow benefits to ownership and access rights to the field behind which is owned by this property and seven others which provides an excellent natural barrier so that countryside views can be enjoyed for many years to come.
