A WORD FROM THE OWNERS...

"We moved into our home in Jul 2020, just after the first lockdown and months away from our first born. It was a great home and as the years went by we learnt that it was in the most perfect location to be in with everything we need being around 10 mins walk or a short drive. To list a few: The station, children's park, halal butchers, mosques, soft play, leisure centre, library, doctors and of course the school which is less than a minute across the road. Initially, we felt that we were compromising on the off-road parking for the spacious garden and newly furnished kitchen. But we later realised it wasn't a compromise. Rather it was the ideal thing to have for a concerned parent with young children so that the kids can go out and ride a bike whilst parents can keep an eye through the kitchen window. It also means that the likelihood of a toddler running straight onto the road is slim to none. The cost of parking is only £20-30 for the year and is actually handy if visiting family in Dagenham. As for the house, it can speak for itself. I think the most enjoyable part for us is the garden. Having those nice big family BBQ's with kids running around/splashing about in an inflatable kids pool, I think those will be our most fond memories. It is with a heavy heart we list this property for sale."
