Description

We are delighted to present this one off five bedroom detached family home situated just moments from Broadstone village centres. Architectally designed by the owner, this is one of the most incredible and beautiful houses in the area.

From every room to every wardrobe, blanket placement and throw not a single corner of this property has not been thought about ten-times over to enhance the quality and maximize volume and space. The multi level living arrangement boasts huge high ceilings in the lounge area and mezzanine balcony adding to the charm and beauty of this wonderful home.

With four bathrooms providing plenty of space for a busy household, the owner has considered every thought in a family man’s mind, especially those with daughters. No more arguing for mirror space, when they grow up those little ones will appreciate having their own bathroom. Not to be unnoticed the ‘main’ bathroom features his and hers basins, as well as a free-standing bath, adding that elegant women’s touch.

Additionally, light is undoubtedly a huge feature of the home, the owners have considered all angles so that each room benefitted from the maximum amount of daylight. The carefully crafted designs didn’t stop outside, the garden has been flooded with flowers and plants of all rays of colour providing a calming and relaxing atmosphere.

A few words from the owner:
“Our development adventure began one evening when we parked along the Ridgeway to view another property and saw a small handwritten sign “For Sale!”. Less than 24 hours later we were signed up to buy this then bald patch of land. 0ver 20 months of building later and joyfully seeing the birth of our first daughter we had a home to move into.

Overall, what we really wanted was a family home and that we did achieve, we raised two beautiful daughters in a home full of fun laughter and happiness, our annual Christmas parties; various garden parties and entertaining special friends and family just made for this house with its various rooms; multilevel garden patios and decking.

Contemporary and still is to this day; quality with much attention to detail; multi-levels with rooms and spaces intertwined to give in architectural terms surprise and delight; light & shade as you go from various areas to various levels; orientation and location a key feature with amazing views at high level over the park giving this place something totally unique especially in this area. We as a family hope that who-so-ever lives here will enjoy this special house in its unique setting and one day will come away as we will with unparalleled memories to cherish for ever.”

In summary, this incredible home is one to be cherished and appreciated by a family that will love it unconditionally. Summarised and simplified by; Contemporary but still to this day, high quality with much attention to detail, this property could be yours.
