A gravel car park for several cars, just off the track, leads to a gated entrance into the gardens. The house and gardens face toward the sea, in a very sunny spot, and tall trees frame and protect the property beautifully. The gardens around the house consist of simple and natural flower beds and pretty seating areas.

To one side of the house is a shady, gated courtyard area under the trees and vegetation. Beyond are two fenced areas, ideal for keeping dogs and animals, and further along is the above ground built-in water deposit commonly used as a swimming pool in the summer. Back in the living room, a short corridor leads to an open inner hallway with a woodburner which distributes heat to the three bedrooms and bathroom that lead off the hall. There is a comfortable bathroom to the left with walk-in shower and heated towel rail (2 x 2m) and bedroom 1 to the right (3 x 3m) overlooking the covered terrace to the front.

At the other end is bedroom 2 (4 x 3m) with a window over the shaded courtyard garden, and bedroom 3 (5 x 3m) which has a window overlooking the covered terrace and incorporates an enchanting, original fireplace, which could be reused if required.

This lovely property offers peace, clean, mountain air, and privacy, all within a 25 minute drive of the coast and 15 minutes to Velez-Malaga. It has main water and electricity.
