Absolutely lovely Ground floor apartment on the fantastic La Torre Golf Resort.

On entry to the apartment, you enter into a large 'square' shaped hallway, with all rooms leading from this area. The lounge is to the left and is lovely and bright, leading to a huge terrace area, which has been glassed in with 'glass curtains' - allowing you to either open it up completely in the warmer months, and close in the winter months, which in effect gives you a second lounge! This is in addiation of course to a nice size garden, which has had aritifical grass laid, which looks directly to a lovely communal pool area and Golf Course to the left.

The kitchen, to the right as you walk in, is fully equipped and also has a freestanding extra worktop/storage space. The seperate utility has had a glass window fitted keeping this area clean and tidy (originally would have been an open space).

There are two good sized bedrooms, one arranged as a Double (with storage bed), the other with two single beds. The large terrace is also accessible from the master bedroom, with double doors leading on to this area.
The property has FULL AC throughout and full Gas Central Heating. It also comes with a private parking space in the garage area underneath the block.
The family bathroom has also been upgraded with new sink/mirror, and the bath has been taken out with a great sized walk-in shower being fitted, complete with new wall tiles around this area.

The large terrace, looking on to the lovely pool area really does make a huge difference to the property and is a big consideration when looking at apartments on this Resort - it does mean you have a second lounge, with the terrace being much larger than standard for properties on Resort.

The apartment is located in a very central position within a 5-10 minute walk from the Resort's Town Centre, with it's array of bars and restaurants, as well as a large well-stocked Supermarket.
The condition of the apartment is nothing short of excellent - it has obviously been well looked after by the current owners.
