From Hereford, head north on the A465 over Aylestone Hill, taking the third exit at the roundabout onto the A4103. After half a mile, turn left onto the A465 and continue for 5 miles. At Burley Gate roundabout, take the first exit and proceed for 2 miles. Turn right, following signs for Pencombe and continue for 3 miles. Upon entering Pencombe village, turn left by the red phone box, then left again. After approx. 200 metres, the property can be found on the left-hand side.
