The owners made the unique choice to tuck away their home and hide it in colorful tropical surroundings. The property consists of two charming accommodations sharing a pool and are joined by a bridge.

Main House:

Living area: The entrance door opens to a sizeable room with beautiful cathedral ceilings and multiple openings bringing natural light. The neutral tiles, light-colored cabinetry provide the perfect background for the various shades of blue and green selected for the soft furnishings and fabrics.  A double set of sliding doors open to the terrace and pool where outdoor furniture is set up for dining and relaxing.

Kitchen: A large island sits comfortably 3 people.  Plenty of countertop space and storage will make cooking and entertaining a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry with plenty of shelving. All appliances are GE Profile.

A powder room and owners’ closet complete the main living space.

Master Bedroom: Very spacious room with double louver doors opening to a private courtyard; a great spot to start the day sipping a cup of coffee.

Master Bathroom: Bright with a single washbasin and a shower that opens to an outdoor shower in the courtyard. Separate toilet.

Master closet: Hanging space and shelving with stack up washer-dryer in a built-in closet. A safe is also conveniently placed in this space.

Guest Cottage:

The exceptional charm of the stand-alone single-story cottage, offers unparalleled privacy for main house occupants. With a kitchenette, large bathroom, walking closet and sundeck, it could be rented seperately.

The exterior space combines two terraces offering a choice between enjoying the sunshine or relaxing in the shade at any time of the day. The pool, almost designed as a lap pool, both divides and joins the two areas.

With green hedges, tall trees, flowery shrubs and plants, the outdoor is private and a small sanctuary for hummingbirds, butterflies and lizards.
