Alternatively, Walthamstow Central station is a fifteen minutes on foot and will speed you to the West End in twenty via the Victoria line. Finally, three bus routes will speed you to a whole host of destinations from Forest Road, and drivers can be circumnavigating the North Circular in just five minutes.

- The Duke is a fine choice for your new local, but a small detour will bring you to Walthamstow Village for a gorgeous choice of things to see and do in our historic and leafy enclave. A mere fourteen minute stroll from your front door.
- There's a secure bike hanger a few doors down, ideal for joining the dedicated cycle lane on Forest Road across the Walthamstow Wetlands, past Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Park, and on through the East End to the City.
- Epping Forest sits just a fifteen minute walk or six minute cycle away, ideal for immersing yourself in nature whenever the mood takes you. Head south to Hollow Pond to while away a Sunday afternoon splashing around on a hired row boat.

"We've lived here for over ten years and have absolutely loved it. We feel quite sad to leave! It's such a great area and a really generous sized maisonette.
The dining kitchen is perfect and we've enjoyed many dinners here with friends. The garden is a joy, as it gets a lot of sun, and is perfect for sunny dinners outside or for a morning coffee.
This was our first London home, and we've decorated it lovingly. It's also a perfect location with so much green space on your doorstep from Epping Forest to Lloyd Park or the Wetlands. We are also a stone's throw from the pool and gym at the Feel Good Centre, as well as Wood Street which has so many great cafes, shops and pubs. You really have all that Walthamstow offers within a short distance. The transport options are good too, and you can be in central London within 20 minutes.
The street itself is so friendly, and a great sense of community."
