A fantastic beach hut measuring 8' x 12' (2.4m x 3.6m). situated towards the end of the car park close to East Head and conveniently located only 40m from the shower/toilet block. With glorious views across to Hayling Island and over The Solent to the Isle fo Wight the hut was built just 10 years ago by Ascot Timber Building. It was constructed on a concrete base and used hardwood where possible, the hut is extremely well insulated.
The sandy beach with its excellent water quality, designated a 'Blue Flag, has made this beach a firm favourite with generations of families and visitors who flock here to make the most of this unspoilt part of the coastline.
First-rate facilities include the excellent 'Beach Cafe', take aways and toilets.

There are two roof lights which add internal natural light and is also a rear door which features a window.
Internally, there are three poles running the length of the hut suitable for hanging lamps etc and curtain poles allowing you to create two separate sections for changing.
Owners pay £530 per year from 1st April to West Wittering Estates for the licence. This includes one car parking space. Three vehicle registration numbers can be allocated but only one vehicle can use the car park at any one time.
