The neighbours are so friendly and it's such a peaceful and safe little road, a perfect first home.
Having the extra room makes such a difference, it has been used as a garden room, lounge, office space and a playroom!
The Garden is a nice sunny space and everything you need is within walking distance. We've lived in the area for 29 years and love it.

Such a great opportunity for someone to move straight in, but plenty of scope to really put your own stamp on it! The kitchen is a lovely size, as is the living room - the house has been extended to create a separate dining room conservatory, but you can adapt the spaces to work best for you. Upstairs both bedrooms are a decent size, as is the bathroom with a window - that can be rare for terraced homes! There's also plenty of residents parking nearby, and rear access to the garden that leads to the garage as added bonuses.

On the outskirts of Maidenhead centre, but only around 5 minutes away by car, Lillibrook Crescent is surrounded by the leafy green villages and hamlets that Maidenhead is known for as well as there being plenty of green spaces to explore on the doorstep at Ockwell's Park and The Thicket (National Trust). You can also drive into High Wycombe or Windsor in around 15-20 minutes, with the excellent transport links close by. There's a number of well regarded schools in walking distance including Lowbrook Acadamy which is in the top 2 schools in the UK for Academic results!
