Detached character house situated in a quiet location at the end of a hamlet between Riberac and Mussidan. The pretty garden is 600m2, there are mature trees, a well and a beautiful terrace with views over the countryside. The house is quirky, it's an old house with exposed stone, beams, beautiful old oak doors, for heating there are wood burners and thermodynamic heating central heating. The garden is a lovely place to enjoy that gin and tonic at the end of the long hot summer days we have in the Dordogne. There is a balcony to the front of the house looking over the country lane. Virtually no passing traffic here, there are neighbours as the house is in a hamlet.
Enter the house to the kitchen with fitted units and the wood burner, and a beautiful old stone sink. The lounge is spacious, with a stone fireplace and wood burner and a door leading to the upper terrace, there is a bedroom with window overlooking the garden, the second bedroom/dining room has a door leading to the garden and the terrace, an ideal place for your morning coffee and croissant. The staircase leads to a guest bedroom (low door and beams) and bathroom, WC. Under the house is the cave and the boiler room. The house is 132m2. In the garden there is a hot tub.
