Casa del Ruscello is in the district of Pieve Santo Stefano but is closer to Sansepolcro which is less than 15 minutes away by car (about 8 km). Sansepolcro is a charming medieval town in the Tuscan part of the Upper Tiber Valley, in the province of Arezzo.

Sansepolcro is a vibrant town with a population of approximately 16,000 people. It has a beautiful 'corso' (main high street) with boutique shops, bars and excellent restaurants.  The town has all the key local amenities plus cinemas, an open-air swimming pool with water slides, tennis, beach volleyball and padel courts and gyms. There are events and festivals held throughout the year that add to the appeal of life in this lovely town.

There is also a wonderful restaurant serving traditional Tuscan cuisine only 600 m from the house.
