Description
Located in a highly sought after residential cul de sac with a nice mix of different property styles, 'Saltwinds' is a lovely three/four bedroom detached family home. The area is perfect for those wanting to be on the level within easy reach to the main 12 bus service and with easy access to the town centre and harbour, all accessed via a direct level walk.
The property enjoys a good size level plot with a pretty front lawned garden framing the property from the road beautifully. There is a good selection of mature shrubs and bushes adding an array of colour. The location enjoys minimal passing traffic and only generally from other residents or visitors due to its position towards the top of the cul de sac.
The driveway offers ample parking for several vehicles with enough space to pass with ease and open doors etc. There is a garage which is accessed via double barn style doors and a handy further store behind.
Entering the property into a generous sized and welcoming entrance hall, the space leads through to all the principal living accommodation downstairs. There is a versatile, light-and-bright dining room to the front, which could also serve as a study or fourth bedroom if required. The lounge, also set to the front and enjoying a very pleasant outlook over the front garden is a very generous sized light and bright dual-aspect room with a nice 'snug' area set to the back. The spacious kitchen diner is well equipped with good quality worktops and plenty of cupboards, along with ample space for a small dining set. There is a rear porch and very useful downstairs WC completing the first floor.
Upstairs, you'll find three excellent sized double bedrooms, all of which are well presented, enjoy pleasant open outlooks and the front two, larger bedrooms also boast plenty of built in storage. A central family bathroom, complete with a fresh, clean five-piece suite with separate shower, services the first floor.
Outside, as well as the fantastic detached garage, with new 'Garolla' electric rolling door and light and power, the rear garden is of particular note. A very sunny, South-facing space which is not overlooked and is very private. Our vendor has worked hard to create a special rear garden, improving the space by installing a centrepiece deck with pergola over, which is neatly growing grapes around and is full of colour. The garden also boasts a smart patio off the property - ideal for relaxing in the sun or for entertaining in the evenings.
The property is offered freehold, and benefits from gas central heating throughout, along with UPVC double glazing, making it an efficient property to maintain. We would highly recommend booking an internal viewing on this property as soon as possible.
