Well, what a little gem this home is, nestled into a quiet Cul-de-Sac in the heart of Buckley is 25 Eglwys Close. Pulling up outside, there is a tidy block paved driveway that leads to an attached garage. A very smart wrought iron gate sits to the side of the garage and provides secure access to the rear garden.

A small tiled roof provides shelter from the elements as you open the part glazed front door. With a glass panel to the other side of the door, it helps keep the entrance hallway bright.

Stepping inside the hallway, the first thing you can tell is, no expense has been spared on furnishing this beautiful home. Lovely soft carpets adorn the floors and the stairs, which obviously rise to the first-floor accommodation. Very fancy solid wooden doors open to all of the rooms.

The lounge is a generous sized room, kept bright courtesy of the large window that almost runs the full width of room. A real flame effect fire sits in the central wall with a grand looking surround and hearth to accompany it. Originally two rooms, the main wall between has been knocked through to create one larger room for entertaining.

As we step inside the other half of the room, we enter into the dining area. As you can see, the present owners have a lot of lovely furniture, so space is something that this home can offer to entertain a good few people, and comfortably as well. Another set of windows sit at the far end, looking onto the fabulous garden.

From the lounge we now step back into the hallway and to our right, is the very stylish kitchen.
The floor has been kitted out with quality grey wood effect laminate, there are ample kitchen storage units that have come from a very good kitchen supplier, expensive granite worktops cover three walls and provide ample space for food preparation and also a place for our 21st century gadgets that we've become so used to. This is a real slice of quality, even the sink is out of this world and so this kitchen gives you everything you'll require to create some culinary masterpieces.....apart from the skill in which to create them.....we're not miracle workers you know
Heading upstairs on the lovely soft carpet that's complimented by the wooden balusters within the banister, we co me to the landing....

Another light space thanks to the window at the head of the staircase, there's a large loft hatch with pull down ladder for easy access to the boarded loft space. More solid wooden doors open to:

The main bedroom can easily fit a double bed or larger, with ample space for large freestanding furniture, i.e. wardrobe, dressing table, TV cabinet, bedside tables and more.....all kept nice and bright by the front facing window.

Bedroom two is not quite as large as the main but not by much. Here it has some quality, fully fitted wardrobes that cover two walls and offer a lot of storage space. I think this room was more of a walk-in wardrobe, once the kids left home! Here we face out over the rear garden.

The third bedroom is obviously the smallest and has that box that most three bed semis have, to incorporate the staircase. It is presently used as a music room but can easily accommodate a single bed. I've been to many where a bunkbed has been built over the stair-box, which creates a maximum space for whoever is lucky enough to be in here.

Finally, we come to the bathroom, and again, no expense has been spared in here. A vanity sink unit with storage below has been finished in a slate grey colour as has the toilet. A freestanding deep bath with chromed claw feet sits at the far end with a wall of large marble effect tiles and a 'Norman Bates' style shower head** with handheld attachment, for those hard to reach places. A slate coloured wall mounted radiator stands tall and shouts 'extravagance'

** not the official name for this shower head

A door in the kitchen opens out into the side brick block patio that leads then to the rear garden.

This patio area is quite large and can easily accommodate a large selection of garden furniture. A smaller block area runs the full width of the home at the base of the garden. There's another door which opens into the attached garage where there is more storage space or, heaven forbid, a place for a car!

Stepping up into the beautifully manicured lawns, you can tell that Alan Titchmarsh or equivalent green fingered connoisseur, has been at play here. With fabulously crafted flowerbeds that hug the corners of the grassy area, garnished with shrubs and plants which I'm sure are just about to go into full bloom and burst with fabulous colours. There's a decent sized wooden storage shed that sits at the back of the garden for all of your furniture and tools, which is accessed by another smart, block paved pathway. The whole garden is enclosed by a wooden fence for extra privacy.

All in all this is an excellent family home, if you are extravagant and love the finer things in life, then get ticking those boxes for that dream home, it's in a quiet Cul-de-Sac so a tiny amount of passing traffic and it's so safe for the kids to play in, under supervision obviously, it's beautifully finished off decoratively, the carpets are quality, the kitchen is out of this world, the bathroom has exceptional fittings, the lounge and dining room are crying out for people to be entertained in, it's bright, there's an attached garage which offers possibilities and a garden that any horticulturist would be envious of.....I think that's 10 out of 10 in my book!
